I bought this bag as a gift and was shocked by how small this bag was. I ended up sending back to get the larger one. The straps are so tight I couldn't get the bag to my shoulder. It's almost like a child's purse. Not my taste in bags but overall it was of great coach quality and the fabric was nice with perfect stitching. The zippers are of great quality and they zip so nicely.

As with all Coach products, this handbag is made of superior quality. I love the black smoke color, and it is my first cloth bag. Though not very big, it works if you only take the necessities.
